{ ruegge christmas }

On the morning of the 27th, we got a late start heading to the Ruegge house due to some overnight snow. We were too late to make it to church in New Haven, but we did pull in just in time for lunch! My parents currently have a house guest - my uncle Larry, who is recovering from heart surgery - so there were quite a few more people at Ruegge Christmas this year. Carolyn and her boyfriend, Wade, came out from St. Louis with Wade's two boys. My aunt Win, and Larry's daughters, Miranda & Leah were also there. It was really nice to see everyone!
When the guests left, we exchanged gifts with my parents and Carolyn. Hannah really had the hang of the present thing by then, so she went to town on her gift. Look Mom! A giant box of Cheerios!! (Just kidding...the box contained 4 place settings of dishes for Hannah's kitchen. She LOVES them!!)

Hannah got her Grandpa Mustache (her name for him...) to help her work on her new laptop.
