Anyway, last night Hannah and Brian indulged me and went out for a mini photo shoot so I could test out some of the new things I'd been reading. It was fun! Hannah was such a good sport, but honestly one of her favorite things to do is just "be a family"....her way to describe when we're all three home together.
Here are some images from our night out. Certainly not gonna leave my day job to run off & take pictures, but I think it helps my sanity to have some kind of creative outlet after spending my day in the cube. :)
And yes, we are getting some serious mileage out of Hannah's blue sundress! I think she is wearing this little Gap dress in all of my favorite pictures of her from this summer. I think we'll remember summer 2010 as the Year of the Blue Dress!
Here are some photographers whose work I really admire - some are local, some are across the country. Isn't the internet a beautiful thing? So much talent!! I could easily list 20 or more others and I'm sure my list of heros will keep growing as I learn more.

Those pictures are so pretty, Katie!! I checked out Clickin' Moms... it looks great. I might have to do a trial membership. I wish I had a camera with a better zoom, though. Would love to use some extra features but I haven't taken the time to learn them!
