Another annual trek we make is the trip to Tanner's Orchard in Speer, Illinois.
We've gone to Tanner's every year since Hannah was a baby, so there's definitely some tradition.
Some years it's been bitterly cold, and some years rainy, but this year was beautiful!!
Luke was very, very excited to ride a pony, but was a little hesitant to climb on when the time came.
Another barrel train ride. This one took the kids through the apple trees in the orchard.
Hannah was so excited that she was big enough this year to ride the pedal cars by herself.
I won't say she was the fastest car on the track, but she kept pedaling!
Lots of tractors, trains, and trucks. Luke was in heaven!
The tunnel through the hay maze is always a favorite.
Hannah wanted to feed the goats, but at a distance.
This pulley system was just her thing.
She got a little more brace with Luke nearby.
I really did try for a good "posed" picture, but there was just too much to do for Luke to sit still.
And finally, my yearly picture.
They moved the board this year and I almost had a heart attack when I went to where it used to be.
Luckily I found it shortly after and the crisis was averted.
Can't believe how fast she's growing up!
