{the big sandwich}

Hannah's learned so much in the past couple weeks. It has so much fun watching her grow from saying one word at a time to saying sentences. She's reached a whole new level of communication. Here's a quick example that makes Katie and me laugh.

We were in the truck headed back to visit Hannah's Grandpa and Grandma Ruegge this weekend. Heading into downtown St. Louis traffic was a bit heavy and slower. She declared very loudly and with great enthusiasm - "I bite it!" That sentence was followed by an over exaggerated "chomping" sound.

We turned around to see Hannah watching a semi-trailer pass us. It was a bread truck and had the picture of a giant sandwich on it.

Yes, our little Hannah loves her sandwiches.
